Founder & Head Coach
Gordon Lowe
Grade Cricket Veteran | Rep Coach | Mentor to Future Stars
Gordon is a highly respected coach and former Grade-level all-rounder with a deep understanding of the game from both a player and mentor’s perspective. He currently coaches Representative and Grade cricketers in the Parramatta region and has held multiple senior coaching positions across top NSW clubs — including Blacktown District Cricket Club.
With a track record of producing players who’ve gone on to Premier and Grade Cricket, Gordon’s coaching blends technical mastery, mental resilience, and game intelligence. He’s the strategic brain behind GCCA and is deeply committed to helping players realise their full potential.

Melanie is the powerhouse behind GCCA’s smooth operations. Responsible for bookings, communications, and all things admin, she ensures every family and player gets the support they need. With a background in customer service and operations, Melanie is the bridge between the coaching team and our cricketing community.

Kerrod is not just a coach — he’s still in the thick of it, playing Grade Cricket and bringing fresh, real-time experience to every session. His unique ability to connect with players and simplify technical adjustments has made him a favourite among juniors and seniors alike.
Kerrod’s sessions are known for their high intensity, player focus, and genuine enthusiasm — whether it’s mastering bowling variations or sharpening fielding reflexes. His presence brings a modern edge to GCCA’s coaching style.
